Dear Customer,

As a direct manufacturer of peptide raw materials, we understand your concerns about COA authenticity. To eliminate any risk of forgery or batch mismatch, we operate a “traceable, verifiable, cross-checkable” quality system.

1. What we provide per batch

  • A complete COA including batch number, purity (HPLC), MS, endotoxin, water content, net peptide content, retest date, and original chromatograms.

  • Most release tests are done by ISO/IEC 17025 accredited third-party labs (e.g., Janoshik, Vanguard Laboratory). Each third-party COA comes with a unique serial number or QR code for online verification.

  • Custom testing (e.g., additional impurities, sequencing) available upon request.

2. How you can verify our COA

  • Online check – Scan the QR code or enter the serial number on the lab’s website. You will see the exact original report. This prevents any tampering or forgery.

  • Batch matching – Confirm the batch number on the vial matches the COA.

  • Independent re-testing – We fully support you taking a random sample from your received batch and sending it to any lab you choose. If the re-test results deviate from our COA beyond an agreed tolerance (e.g., >1% purity difference), we will cover the testing cost and issue a full refund.

3. Additional quality guarantees

  • We retain reference samples for every batch for at least one year after the retest date – available for joint re-testing if needed.

  • For premium customers, we can offer GMP‑aligned verification levels (supplier COA + incoming testing + periodic full analysis).

4. Our commitment as a source manufacturer

As a source manufacturer offering a wide range of product types, specifications, and batches, we are committed to serving you better. We can coordinate with you to send samples to a third‑party lab of your choice to obtain the most relevant COA report. We will dispatch the samples to the third‑party lab at the same time as we ship your order.

If the product purity is below 99%, we unconditionally support returns and refunds.

Please note: The COA we are currently providing is only a sample for one specific specification and batch.

We believe a COA is only valuable if it can be independently verified. Please feel free to request any batch COA and validate it using the lab’s online portal.
