Return & Refund Policy

Important Notice

As our products are research-grade peptide compounds, all sales are considered final due to product safety and quality control requirements. Returns are not accepted under normal circumstances.

Exceptions — Compensation May Be Requested in the Following Cases

1. Damaged Items Received

  • Document the damage with photos within 48 hours of receipt and contact us
  • Provide your order number, photos of the damage, and a description
  • Upon verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund

2. Wrong Items Received

  • Contact us within 72 hours of receipt
  • Provide your order number and photos of the item received
  • We will cover return shipping costs and arrange redelivery

3. Lost Packages

  • Claims may be submitted if tracking shows no movement for more than 15 business days
  • A replacement or full refund will be arranged upon confirmation by the carrier

Non-Eligible Cases

  • Returns due to buyer's change of mind (dislike, wrong purchase, etc.)
  • Claims submitted beyond the stated time limits
  • Opened or used items
  • Losses due to customs seizure (buyers are responsible for understanding their local regulations)

Refund Processing

  • Refunds will be returned to the original payment method
  • Processing time: 5–10 business days
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable (unless the error was on our part)
