Return & Refund Policy
Important Notice
As our products are research-grade peptide compounds, all sales are considered final due to product safety and quality control requirements. Returns are not accepted under normal circumstances.
Exceptions — Compensation May Be Requested in the Following Cases
1. Damaged Items Received
- Document the damage with photos within 48 hours of receipt and contact us
- Provide your order number, photos of the damage, and a description
- Upon verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund
2. Wrong Items Received
- Contact us within 72 hours of receipt
- Provide your order number and photos of the item received
- We will cover return shipping costs and arrange redelivery
3. Lost Packages
- Claims may be submitted if tracking shows no movement for more than 15 business days
- A replacement or full refund will be arranged upon confirmation by the carrier
Non-Eligible Cases
- Returns due to buyer's change of mind (dislike, wrong purchase, etc.)
- Claims submitted beyond the stated time limits
- Opened or used items
- Losses due to customs seizure (buyers are responsible for understanding their local regulations)
Refund Processing
- Refunds will be returned to the original payment method
- Processing time: 5–10 business days
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable (unless the error was on our part)
